Tangled Tree Cottage

TANGLED TREE COTTAGE is a sunny, peaceful and private two bedroom garden cottage. It is surrounded by trees with plenty of bird-life and the lounge area stacker doors open onto a view of open field which is home to guinea fowl, hadeda and other bird species.A pretty private garden where you can sit and enjoy a hot day in the sun or in the shade of our 'Tangled Tree'. Tea coffee sugar and milk will be provided on arrival. An inverter is also installed in the cottage.Wall heater in lounge The space A lovely large lounge/dining area with huge stacker doors opening the width of the room ,perfect for hot summer days but safe with the trellis doors in place. The main bedroom has a queen size bed (extra length) and a bathroom en-suite (with shower). The second bedroom has a double bed also with its own bathroom(shower only). The lounge also has a comfortable single sleeper couch.The kitchen is bright and sunny with hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator,kettle,toaster,pots and pans, plates, utensils, glassware etc. There is cottage parking for one car. Guest access You will have access to your own pretty private garden with garden furniture and washing line. Other things to note We have two dogs on the property but they have no access to the cottage area whatsoever. The five stairs leading to main bedroom are a little steep and have no balustrade or safety gate which could potentially be a hazard for an elderly person or young child. I therefore don't accept very young children, frail or elderly people and take no responsibility for any injury. The owner and employees or contractors do not take responsibility or liability for the safe custody of any vehicles or articles therein, nor any injuries or loss to any persons (including the claim of loss of support) as a result of collision, fire, theft, heavy rain, hail, or any cause whatsoever.
