Villa Barbara is a vacation home located a few steps from the Center of Santa Luce, and given its location it is able to offer both the typical services of a small town, and the beauty of the Tuscan countryside with its hilly landscape, fields of wheat, olive trees and lavender. Inside the property, guests can slow down; take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life; rediscover what nature has to offer; enjoy moments of conviviality, freedom and relaxation. The space The three-room apartment is the ideal solution if you are a group of up to six people and intend to spend your vacation together while reserving private moments allowed by the layout of the accommodation. Inside you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with a kitchen and sofa bed. The latter is equipped with a door, thus guaranteeing guests who will sleep there, to separate the environment from the common corridor that leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. Its style will certainly contribute to the well-being of its guests; fresh and colorful; the reserved green area with dining table and umbrella, the use of the barbecue; this, however, is shared with the other guests of the apartments; and the swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas in which you spend the hours of the day. However, please note that the pool is located in the common green area and will therefore be shared with the other accommodations. Other things to note Useful information for your stay: - Guests have access to an unattended parking lot shared with guests of the other apartments. - The kitchen is equipped with stoves, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and utensils; tablecloths, kitchen towels and cleaning products are not provided by the property. - Bedroom and bath linens are provided to guests but not the beach towel for the pool. - The pool will be open every day (from 05/25 to 09/30) from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and shared with other guests. - Small pets are allowed for a small extra fee, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA.
