The space The Ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining area, two separate living rooms, and a utility room with a washing and dryer machine for guests' free use. There is one large bedroom downstairs (super king bed) alongside a bathroom. The First Floor has three bedrooms to the front of the property: Two king beds & one single with lovely views of An Grianan and Inch Island. There are two bedrooms to the back of the property: one master bedroom with an en suite, and another with a double bed. The main bathroom is also upstairs. Outside we have an EV charger which guests can use throughout their stay at a small fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including private onsite parking. Other things to note Due to insurance requirements, the house can accommodate a maximum of 13 adults. A €300 deposit, payable via Revolut or Bank transfer, is required. This deposit will be refunded after the house has been inspected following check-out.
