Description
Since the beginning of 2018 we (Lise & Bernd) are the proud owners of “Le Boisdalon” in Yviers, located in the Charente, France. We are enjoying it to its full extent. The house is on a hill of 124 meters high with an astonishing view and there is lots of peacefulness as it has no neighbors! We would like others to enjoy it as well. The house offers two separate rooms suitable for a total of maximum 4 persons. With 5,5 hectare (13.6 acres) of land and plenty of facilities. The space One of the rooms is a new guestroom with attached bathroom and private toilet and when the shutters are opened in the morning, after a wonderful silent night of sleep, the birds will welcome you singing and you have a lookout stretching far away over a beautiful hilly landscape. The other, more basic room with a window overlooking the front garden, is upstairs on the 1st. floor of the house and has a basic bathroom with toilet and shower separate downstairs on the ground floor. During your stay In the morning we could provide a delicious breakfast after which everyone naturally completes the day the way they want. Relax at the pool or read a book underneath the fruit trees in case you do not want to leave. In that case we can arrange a delicious lunch for you. You can also make the best out of the day, visiting one of the charming French villages/cities or attending one of many festivities and activities around.
