The condo unit is located in the 11th Floor, facing the capitol lagoon( famous landmark) in Bacolod city. During Masskara festival, the street of Lacson there is a dance parade where in you can see from your balcony. Can we use the induction stove? - Only guest who stayed 3 nights or more can use the induction stove. 2. How many guests can stay? - Maximum of 3 guests ONLY, visitors are allowed as long as they don't stay overnight. 3. Are there ample parking spaces? - There is an open parking space at the front and side walks of the building - on a first come basis. 4. Can we use the pool? - Maximum of 3 guests can swim for free per unit, in excess there is a charge - please refer to the reception/or office located at the ground floor. - Swimming pool is located at the roof deck of the building. - The swimming pool is open from 8am to 10pm from Monday-Sunday. 5. Can we commute to your place? - Definitely! All transportation is accessible at the area. 6. We plan to arrive early. Can we check-in before 2:00 PM? - We can't guarantee early check-ins as we usually have guests checking-out at 12:00 noon, on the day of your stay. But if you arrived early you can deposit your luggage at the reception are for free and we will just contact you as soon as possible once the room is ready. 7. I'm done booking. What needs to be presented on the day of my check-in? - Awesome!
