The Gîte Les Balcons de la Charve, in the heart of the Savoie vineyards, offers breathtaking views of the Rhône Valley. Located on the GR9 and near the lakes of St Jean de Chevelu, this 2021 wooden frame house offers 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets. The large living room invites convivial moments, while the terrace and garden allow you to contemplate a breathtaking landscape. You will appreciate the comfortable bedding, with double beds of 160 x 200 or 180 x 200. The centerpiece of the house is its large living room, open to a modern kitchen and directly overlooking the terrace and garden. Whether you're coming with family or friends, this house is ideal for relaxing. Just 1 hour from Lyon, Annecy, Geneva and Grenoble, its location is perfect for exploring the area. Linens and towels are provided, and the garage is equipped to accommodate bicycles :) Guest access Full access to the accommodation Other things to note Near the cottage, many activities are possible: hiking, mountain biking, swimming in the lakes, wine tasting, as well as various workshops on site (wellness, yoga, macramé, dried flowers, etc.). We accept groups of quiet adults, such as bachelorette parties, and will be happy to help you plan your stay by suggesting suitable activities. Tenants agree to respect the peaceful nature of the place and to make appropriate use of it. We remind you that parties are not allowed and that the sound volume, inside and out, must be contained in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In case of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to shorten the stay. No smoking is allowed inside the gite. Ashtrays are available outside. The number of guests must match the number mentioned at the time of booking. In case of overcrowding, or significant damage, the security deposit will be retained. For minor damage, tenants must notify the owners and activate their liability insurance for reimbursement. We will be happy to host respectful people, as we have recently renovated the cottage. Many workshops are offered on site: macramé, dried flowers, self-massage, wine or gin tastings. Brunch can be arranged upon reservation by our partner "So Brunch" based in Yenne.
