The Artist's Loft is a two-story, bright, spacious and modern gallery loft apartment with a roof terrace and a small terrace in the entrance area. The loft is equipped with everything you need and can be rented completely for your own use. Upon arrival, you will receive the Mobility Ticket/Guest Pass Baselland, with which you can use public transport free of charge in the Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz and also benefit from some discounts for activities. The space The loft is located in the beautiful and sunny "Oberbaselbiet" in the canton of Basel-Land in an old industrial hall and can accommodate two people. It is about 90 m2 and extends over two levels/floors with a large roof terrace and a smaller terrace in front of the entrance area. The loft is very light thanks to large window fronts and a large skylight. Access to the private entrance is via an external staircase. The loft is modern and has everything you need for self-catering accommodation. You sleep in a real double bed with the dimensions 160 x 200 cm. In winter, it is heated in the lower area with underfloor heating and in the upper area with a radiator. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen as well as some basics for cooking are provided. The loft has NO TV. The property is ideal for business people, travelers, nature lovers, art lovers, for those who are looking for a retreat or just something different. It is the ideal starting point for all the important trade fairs, events and culture of the two regions of Basel and Zurich. But also for hiking and cycling. Guest access The property has Wi-Fi and a stereo system. A private, half-covered parking space is at your disposal. Since the loft is accessed via an external staircase and extends over two floors, it is not suitable for wheelchair users and people with a more severe walking impairment. Other things to note This is a non-smoking home. However, you are free to smoke on the terraces. On the upper floor, a real wooden parquet floor was laid. Therefore, I ask you to take off your shoes.
