Rooms are guaranteed ready for check in from 2pm. If you do wish to arrive prior to 2pm you are most welcome to meet our Guest Services team anytime from 8am. If your room is available we will do our best to settle you in house prior to 2pm at no extra charge. If not, we are able to store bags and arrange them to your room once ready as well providing you easy access for your return later that day. For arrivals outside of Guest Service hours we do ask all guests make contact with our reception 24-48 hours prior so we can arrange a contactless checkin for you. We do require further identification and security details provided in doing so as you will be arriving after hours. After hours arrivals are a very easy process and can be facilitated be it you may be due to arrive after our Guest Services have closed. Please note, this property does not have an elevator/lift. Rooms on all levels are accessible via stairs only. Other things to note Check-in time is from 2 pm. If you plan to arrive after Guest Service hours please contact us directly to find out St Marks late arrival instructions. If you arrive prior to 2 pm we will do our best to accommodate you however if your room is not ready, we can store your luggage so you can experience Randwick like a local - without the hassle of carrying your bags.
