House, Garden and private Parking in Grenoble

Charming house located in Grenoble. The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area. Possibility to accommodate 6 people (2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed). Wifi, washing machine and parking space are also included. Private and secured parking. Sheets and towels will be provided. Please note that check-in is after 4pm and check-out until 12am. For more information, please read the detailed description below. :) The space - Features appreciated by my travelers - - House close to the city centre and easily accessible. - Free closed and private parking - Fully equipped, sheets, towels (one bath sheet and one towel are provided per person), vanity kits will be provided as well as coffee capsules. - The house is equipped with electric heating. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, equipment and functionality. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - Warm living room: sofa bed, counter desk, dining table, TV, armchair. - First bedroom on 1st floor: A Queen-size bed. - 2nd bedroom on 2cd floor: 1 queen-size bed, 1 bed 1+1/2, 1 bed. - Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, hob, hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils. - Modern bathroom: Italian shower, towel rail, sink, mirror. - Separate toilets. You can also enjoy an outdoor area with a private Garden and terrace. BBC Other things to note The house is located in the city center. As such the quietness of the neighborhood must be guaranteed.
