The space Our apartment enjoys a strategic position as it is located in Tresenda di Teglio, located in the heart of Valtellina, from which you can visit our entire valley. Less than 10 minutes from Teglio, with its tower from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the Orobie Alps and the valley floor, 10 minutes from Tirano, terminus of the famous Bernina red train, 20 minutes from Sondrio, 30 minutes from the wonderful Valmalenco, 50 minutes from the Bernina Pass with its glaciers, communication route with St. Moritz and the Engadine with its landscapes and typical villages, 40 minutes from Bormio with its spectacular and unique thermal baths, 1 hour from Livigno free zone, 15 minutes from the Aprica ski slopes. Also, in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the bike path that runs through the entire Valtellina. In the village, less than 200 meters away you will find a CRAI grocery, the bank, the pharmacy, a bar, and the FF.SS. station and buses. The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a living area, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezeer, the living room has a sofa, armchairs and flat screen LCD TV with USB socket. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a wardrobe, dresser, single bed, double bed and any bunk bed on request. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The bathroom has natural ventilation, toilet, bidet, sink, bathtub and washing machine. The terrace equipped with coffee table and outdoor chairs, is exposed to the South and overlooks the Orobie Alps. An outdoor covered parking space is available on the owned land. Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your stay: bathroom linen and bed linen with weekly change, textiles for the kitchen, cooking equipment and cleaning of the house. For your children are available free of charge on request the travel cot with mattress and sheets, a changing table, a lift for the table, a high chair and also some games and books suitable for them. Your pet friends are welcome, even large ones, with payment of a fee of 5 euros/night. We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the property, it is possible to smoke outside or on the balcony.
