This small country house with rustic charm and natural calm welcomes you in a 19th century farmhouse. This cottage will seduce you with the character of wood and stone with several bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a living room with an authentic colonial stove. Feel at home in no time and enjoy garden access that will offer you a real outdoor break. The space This gîte has a private garden area in addition to access to the entire 12 ha property. It includes the basic cooking utensils you'll need to make delicious meals. Linens and towels are not included. If you wish to opt for the sheets/towels option, please send us a message to request it (€20/adult/stay, €10/child/stay). A barbecue is at your disposal as well as access to the indoor pool. The distribution of beds is as follows: - 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds - 2 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor * BABY EQUIPMENT ON REQUEST: for your child up to 18 months, we provide a free baby bed with mattress and a high chair for your meals. *BREAKFAST AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OF 10 PEOPLE MIN.: in the terrace area, we offer hot drinks (chocolate/tea/coffee), bread-butter-jams, cereals and milk, fruits, biscuits and assorted brioches. *Organic and/or local products (€10/pers.). This cottage is independent and has a private garden area. Outdoor annexes such as the indoor pool are also accessible. On the estate you will find: dogs, cats, chickens and depending on the period goats, sheep, donkeys or horses. Not to mention, of course, wild animals such as deer (deer, roe deer, etc.) or fox and hare. Many birds will also be observed day and night. Don't forget your binoculars.
