Ideally located in the Yonne, close to the Côte d'Or and the Aube (a few kilometers from Champagne), our stone house is a cozy little nest for a pleasant holiday, close to historic sites and wine activities. The space Charming Burgundian house with fireplace, very well equipped with bed(s) made, linens available. Courtyard enclosed by walls and a gate. You can spend pleasant moments in front of the fireplace in winter or in a closed courtyard in summer on a lounge chair. On the ground floor, living room, kitchen, dining room, shower room and separate toilet. A large barn attached to the house to play ping-pong. Upstairs, 2 connecting rooms. Ideal for 2 people or couple with children (2 max). Guest access A6 motorway from Paris or the South A5 highway from the North or East Orly Airport 2.5 hours and Roissy 3 hours TGV 20 minutes to Paris or Lyon...
