In the city center, 7mn drive from the airport, our ground floor house is located at the end of a quiet street, in a very safe neighborhood. Surrounded by trees, outside terrace in the garden with table, you will feel most comfortable inside and outside. Newly renovated. A/C inverter in all rooms. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Hot shower. Kitchen and dirty kitchen. All facilities to cook. private garage.. We can organize tours of Mayon Volcano, whales sharks, and arrange airport pick up. The space What makes our house unique is the location of the house, very central and still very quiet, no traffic, a garden with trees and birds singing, an outside terrace with big table. Renovated in 2019. The whole house is on the ground floor, no steps; very easy access for elderly people and children. Very good Internet connection with fiber. Guest access you will have access to the whole house and garden, with private garage. The property has 2 houses which are not connecting, in front of each other and separated in the garden by trees (Mango tree, guava tree, guyabano tree and plants). The table and chairs are not shared, attached to your house. If you wish to rent the other house as well (3 bedrooms/3bath) please contact me. Other things to note There are 3 bedrooms and a second living room in the bedrooms area (open space) with a sofa bed that you can use if you are 8 people renting the house. There is a possibility to welcome you on the same day in case you wish to book at the last minute, but only for a late checkin as we live in France and need some delay to organize your check in due to the time difference. Don't hesitate to send us a message on airbnb, even for a last minute booking. We are strictly following the Covid cleaning protocole from airbnb but if you wish additional security, we can propose a complete desinfection of the house from a local professional (ethanol system) at an additional cost of P.3,500. Please let us know and we can arrange it right before your arrival. Please note that we offer you an allowance on your electricity consumption of 300 pesos per day. It should be enough to cover your electricity bill if you follow the following recommendations: Close the A/C when you are not in the house or when you leave the doors of the house opened during the day; do not turn the A/C too low and close the lights when you are not in the house. FYI, we spend a maximum of 200 pesos per day when we stay in the house. The electric meter will be checked with you upon arrival, and before departure. If the allowance is exceeded, you will be charged the difference (10 to 15 pesos per kwh depending on the actual rate). We have to follow this protocole to save electricity so we can keep our rental rate quite low.. and save energy for the planet! Water, gas, fiber Converge internet, SMART internet TV with Cignal are included in the rate.
