House located in a quiet residential area 20km from Barcelona (Urb- Fontpineda). Ideal to spend a few days with children, since it has swings, slide, ping pong and indoor pool (semi-climatized). The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and kitchen and dining room. Several terraces and/or spaces with tables and chairs and sofa in garden. 20 meters from the house is a playground, a soccer and basketball court. The house is great for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The space Single-family house on 900 square meters of land exclusively for guests. Parties or other events are not allowed. We are pet friendly under prior notice. Unregistered people are not allowed to stay and in the case of receiving a visit it must be communicated to the owner first. The house has four rooms but only 3 with beds. The fourth room is transformable with possible extra. It also has two bathrooms, a spacious dining room and a kitchen. Outside and by the pool and garden there is a nice bathroom as well. There are several protection areas in the pool and terrace for toddlers. Guest access Guests can use the entire space. Everything is exclusively for them: garden, house and pool. The pool, for water lovers, has the possibility of being covered which extends the swimming season. The pool has a shallow part ideal for children and is all fenced. 20 meters from the house there is a nice park for walking or playing football and basketball There is a large supermarket one kilometer away. And 1.5 km away is the town of Corbera de Llobregat where there are shops and restaurants. IMPORTANT: good public transport from the house to Barcelona. In front of the house there is a minibus that takes you to the train station which takes you to Barcelona in 30 minutes. Other things to note EL PRAT AIRPORT is 20 km from the house (=30'). The cost of arriving at the house can be between 30 and 50€ depending on the number of guests. No problem parking, not inside or outside the house. It is free. In Catalonia, there is a mandatory payment of a tourist tax that is €2.50 per person per night. To be paid at check-in. The barbecue has a surcharge of €30. Guests will find some basic food and cleaning products in the house. There is very good communication from the house to Barcelona with public transport. There is a bus in front of the house that in 10' takes you to the train station and this in 30' takes you to Barcelona.
