Penthouse Apartment

The design of the penthouse apartment exudes sympathy and colorfulness and thus becomes a cozy oasis of well-being. The apartment is 100 m² and has a magnificent view of the mountains of the Alps. Another highlight is the distance to the ski slope. This is only 190 m. After sporting activity, end the day in the in-house sauna with soothing relaxation for body, mind and soul. Sauna only open from December - April The space The penthouse apartment has two bedrooms. In one room it is possible to use 3 single beds. In addition, the sofa bed can be used as another sleeping option. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. In addition, the penthouse consists of a high-quality kitchen with the most modern kitchen appliances (e.g. smoothie maker, raclette and cheese fondue set, fully automatic coffee machines, etc.) and a spacious living room. The roof terrace is furnished in the summer months and offers a magnificent view. In addition, we also offer a bread roll service, with a diverse selection, fresh from the bakery. A crib and highchair can be provided upon request. Sky channels and WiFi are provided for free. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Guest access The apartment has a ski cellar and an underground parking space. The in-house sauna, which is open daily from 4 pm in the winter months, is available to you free of charge. Other things to note The visitor's tax is €3.60 per person per night from the age of 14. Tourist tax must be paid locally. In summer (06/26-10/08), all guests will receive the "Warth Card" free of charge at check-in. The "Warth-Card" is valid for the entire duration of the stay. It includes: summer mountain railway Steffisalp-Express in Warth, ride with the blue hiking bus from Warth (Hochtannbergpass) to Lech toll station in Zug, ride with the Bregenzerwald bus line 40a from Schröcken (Unterboden) via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), ride with the Lechtalbus line 110 from Elbigenalp via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), participation in guided hikes & mountain tours according to the weekly program as well as various discounts at selected partner companies.
