The ground floor apartment is completely renovated, very cozy, furnished in rustic shabby style. The large walnut tree and the two beautiful gardens make the stay outdoors pleasant 5 minutes from the entrance of the FI-PI-LI highway. Great for reaching the most beautiful Tuscan places. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen-dining room, equipped with: oven, microwave, small fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need in the kitchen (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) and TV. Hallway with under-stair storage where the laundry room with washing machine is located. A double bedroom with a wardrobe, TV and large windows with mosquito nets and the possibility of adding a single bed. The second double bedroom, with the possibility of becoming a double, has a closet, TV and large window with mosquito nets. Spacious bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi (also outside). Kitchen linens, sheets and towels are provided.
