Welcome to our cozy one- bedroom apartment, located in East Oceanview. Just a short walk from Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for couples and singles who are looking for a beach getaway or traveling for work. We are conveniently located near Norfolk airport, Naval station Norfolk, and local restaurants. The space Enjoy this fresh and clean one-bedroom apartment to yourself. Located on the second floor of our building. It has an open concept layout with a small kitchen and dining area. Perfect for making intimate home cooked meals. It is equipped with essentials and other conveniences such as a microwave and Keurig. The living room is furnished with a 55” tv and Roku, so you can enjoy all of your streaming programs. After a long day of traveling, head into the bedroom and relax on the plushy queen size bed. There is also a private bathroom, stocked with towels and washcloths. Guest access -This is a multi-unit Complex. There are shared corridors, but separate entrances dedicated to each unit. -Each unit also has assigned parking spots that can accommodate two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided upon check-in. Other things to note -Licensed and permitted to operate by the City of Norfolk. House rules: No smoking, vaping, or Hookahs allowed, MARIJUANA Strictly prohibited. If we smell it coming from the apartment it will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE, immediate cancellation of your reservation. You would have to leave the property. -NO more than 2 guests permitted in the unit! Failure to comply will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE, immediate cancellation of your reservation. -Authorized guest ONLY. Each guest must be registered upon booking. -No parties or large gatherings. (Cannot exceed the 2 guest limit in the unit) -Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Please double check the address to ensure you are parking at the correct building - No loud music/tv/noise after 9pm -No pets allowed. -Beach equipment is not provided. If you are heading for fun in the sun, it is recommended that you bring your own beach towels and chairs. Please refrain from using bathroom towels at the beach. -Check-in is at 3pm Please review check-in procedures prior to your arrival. There you will find the access code to the unit. This will allow you to check-in at any time. No need to worry about late travel plans or delayed flights. -Check-out is at 11am Upon check out please make sure all dishes are washed and put away. Also, please place all used towels in the hamper provided. The visitor’s tag should be placed on the living room table. Please send me a message, let me know you are checking out.
