This apartment is part of a house with four independent apartments. It has a separate entry and own corner of the forest around. The whole house is built 2018. It is brand new with all the modern equipment like new kitchen, geothermal heating and regenerative ventilation. The apartment is decorated after the theme of Spring - bright and hopefull. The space There are two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. The living area has a soffa that can be converted to an extra double bed. There is a modern fully-tiled bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffe-machine, kettle and other utensils. The area has best in Sweden water quality, fully drinkable, of course! Guest access There is a private outside area / patio with a grill hut. One parking lot is included for free. Other things to note If you are in a hurry or decide to leave out cleaning of the appartment to us please let us know. We can offer regular cleaning after your stay at 750 sek. Please be aware that the place you will stay in is an apartment in a house with four independent apartments. It may therefore happen that during your stay there are other people in the house. Apartments are well soundproof and guests usually don't disturb each other. At the time of writing this the construction of two out of four apartments is not finished yet. Therefore it is possible that there are some construction materials are present on the plot. We are doing our best to make the stay in the two apartments in operation affected as little as possible by this. We offer WIFI routed via 4G network. There is also a mobile broadband coverage.
