1 Bedroom Unit in the Heart of Elsternwick

Relax and make yourself at home in this snug ground floor, air-conditioned unit situated in an ideal location close to everything. We are on the 625bus route between Elsternwick Train Station and Chadstone Shopping Centre. A 10minute walk takes you to the heart of Elsternwick Shopping village on Glenhuntly Rd, with a variety of restaurants, cafes and fashion outlets. Take a movie at the Classic Cinema or the train into Melbourne. Or you can take advantage of the undercover off-street parking. The space The apartment includes one bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a cosy living space and a separate galley kitchen. There is a Queen size bed with a quality mattress and a large comfortable 3seater sofa in the living room that is able to sleep an extra adult. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric wok and everything else you will need to prepare your own meals. It also includes a European laundry with a front loader washing machine and tumble dryer. The ensuite bathroom includes a fullsized bath with an over the bath shower. There is reverse cycle airconditioners in the bedroom and living rooms enables full temperature control of the whole unit. Guests have full access to wifi internet with unlimited download and my Netflix subscription. Undercover off road parking is available for guests who have a vehicle. Guest access Guests have full use of all aspects of the unit as if their own home. Off street secure parking is available, but only in the parking space opposite the unit, the second marked bay from the street. Each of the other parking bays are allotted to another unit. Tenants in the block are very protective of their allocated parking space and we have been asked to let our guests know which parking bay is available for their use. Unfortunately, the parking bays are very narrow. If your vehicle doesn’t fit within the marked space you may need to park on the street. Street parking is unlimited and readily available for all to use.
