Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful center of Geltendorf. The nearest shopping area is about 3 km away and offers a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore. Day trips to the Bavarian lakes Ammersee, Starnberger See, the Allianz Arena in Munich, or the Bavarian Alps do not stand in the way. They should be able to feel comfortable and rest. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. In addition, I have listed some rules that I hope you will understand. Through proper treatment of the apartment, you will continue to help me offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms in the future. General Should you miss anything in the facility or need help, contact me trustingly. All things that are in the apartment/cottage or on the terrace can be used by guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and the inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions. Entering the entire stables and feeding the animals is prohibited. Kitchen Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in clean condition. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. I would appreciate if you would inform me immediately of the damage that has occurred and I do not have to determine this at the final cleaning until after your departure. The tenant is liable for damage, in the amount of the replacement costs. Ventilation To avoid mould formation, please ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 min and especially after showering. Duty of care I ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked by key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary. The water and electricity resources must be handled with care. Disposal The waste is separated by the green dot after residual waste, glass, paper and packaging. Corresponding containers are available on the property. Please only use trash cans and cosmetic buckets in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them closed in the residual bin. Do not throw or pour waste, food waste, harmful liquids or the like into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet). Should you ever experience an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), I ask you to eliminate this immediately. I ask you to leave the apartment clean on departure and to put the used dishes back in the cupboards. Rest periods In the interests of a good neighbourhood, please observe the public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself, should be kept quiet between 22:00 and 7:00. Internet/Wi-Fi Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the apartment/holiday home. Using the Internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled terminal (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be taken into account. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment/house. Please leave the apartment/cottage to smoke. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette residues in the garbage can. Pets Pets are allowed after consultation with the landlords. Parking It can be parked directly in front of the apartment/holiday home, other public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents. Housekeeping If repairs are necessary immediately, it may be essential that I enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. Keys Please never give the keys out of your hand. Loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. Liability I am not liable for valuables of the guest (s). Arrival and departure Check in from 14:00. On the day of departure, I ask my guests to vacate the apartment/cottage by 10 am at the latest. On your departure, the apartment/cottage should look the same as you found it. By booking the apartment, the house rules are recognized. I wish you a pleasant stay, have fun, relax and rest.
