Description

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful center of Geltendorf. The nearest shopping is about 3 km away and offers, among other things, a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore. Day trips to the Bavarian lakes Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, the Allianz Arena in Munich, or the Bavarian Alps are no problem. Seasonal attractions such as the Kaltenberg Knights' Games or the Munich Oktoberfest Later Other things to note House Etiquette Dear holiday guests, My apartment/vacation home should be a second home for you. You should be able to feel comfortable and rest. The following house rules are intended to help you have a harmonious stay. I have also listed some rules which I hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help me to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future. General If anything is missing in the facility or if you need help, please contact me in confidence. All items that are in the apartment/holiday home or on the terrace can be used by guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Entering the entire stable facilities, as well as feeding the animals is prohibited. Kitchen Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only place dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the inside of the oven and microwave oven clean. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. I would appreciate it if you could report the damage immediately and I do not have to determine this until after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Ventilation To avoid mold formation, I ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x ventilation per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. Duty of care I ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage caused by severe weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be used sparingly. Disposal The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the premises. Please only use trash cans and cosmetic buckets in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. Do not throw or pour waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet). Cleaning Should a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.) happen to you, I ask you to eliminate it immediately. I would ask you to leave the apartment clean on departure and to put the used dishes back in the cupboards. Quiet times In the spirit of being good neighbors, I ask you to observe the public quiet times such as noon, night and Sunday rest. Even in the apartment itself, quiet hours should be observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Internet/WiFi In the apartment/vacation home, a wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available. The use of the Internet with your own WiFi-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WiFi connection is free of charge for the renter. You use the Internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's use of the Internet. For the use of Internet access via Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi usage rules must also be taken into account. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the apartment/holiday home. Please leave the apartment/vacation home to smoke. Please dispose of the completely extinguished cigarette butts in the garbage can. Pets Pets are allowed by arrangement with the landlords. Parking It can be parked directly in front of the apartment/holiday home. Other public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. In the event of loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, the landlord is not liable. Domiciliary rights In the event of immediate repairs, it may be essential that I enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. Keys Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. Liability I am not liable for valuables of the guest(s). Arrival and departure Check-in is from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, I ask my guests to vacate the apartment/holiday home by 10 am at the latest. When you leave, the apartment/vacation home should look the same as you found it. When you book the vacation home, you will recognize the house rules.
