184 Unity Resort Brean features a private garden. The vacation home features 3 separate bedrooms and includes a kitchen with an oven, microwave and dining area. A flat-screen TV/DVD is provided. There is also a decked area, perfect place to relax in the sun. Resort has a park for children to play in, gym, indoor & outdoor pool, launderette, restaurant/bar on site with plenty of entertainment for all ages. No pets are allowed. £10.00pppd for optional entertainment passes. Under 5's are free. The space The property contains all main amenities needed for a comfortable stay and is pitched in a great location on the holiday park. All amenities are needed and can be found on the listing. Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge or guests can bring their own. Duvets and pillows are included. Guest access There are two free parking spaces available for your stay. Any extra parking spaces are charged and payable to Unity Resort on arrival. Guests can access the caravan from 12pm with a early check in fee of £20. This needs to be booked and paid for prior to arrival to the caravan. Other things to note Optional entertainment passes are £10 per person per day payable to us directly before arrival. Under 5's are free. These will the be issued to you on arrival. These allow half price at Brean Splash, half price Brean Softplay, discount on green fees (Golf) and discount at Brean Leisure Park. They also allow entrance to the entertainment venues on the holiday park. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included in the price but are available to hire. This must be ordered and paid in advance directly to us. Travel cot and high chair available to hire. Standard check in is from 3pm, we offer early check in from 12pm for an additional fee of £20
