Dear Guest, Below, we transcribe some considerations to keep in mind during your stay, for a better coexistence among all the people who live in this building. All persons staying at the apartment are subject to these rules during their stay; these rules are considered a contract that must be followed, otherwise the accommodation reserves the right of admission and stay. 1- All Guests must register in accordance with the provisions of the National Authorities. Therefore, it is mandatory to fill out the registration form and provide all the requested information. 2- Remember to indicate the correct number of guests including children and age. The entire apartment will be prepared for the number of people listed on the reservation. Additional people not listed on the reservation will be charged a surcharge. 3- Guests who accidentally damage the facilities or movable property must pay the repair cost. 4- After 10:00 PM, please keep quiet out of respect for the other neighbors. The noise level in the apartment and common areas should be moderate; and after 11:30 PM, silence will be absolute. Parties and celebrations inside the house are strictly forbidden. 5- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the common areas and apartment. A charge of 50% of the rate for one night's accommodation will be charged to your account at the time. 6- Objects forgotten by a guest will remain in the custody of the apartment's management for a period of 15 days. Total or partial non-compliance with any of the rules of these Regulations authorizes Gasteiz Etxea to execute, at its sole discretion, any of the following procedures: invite the offender to modify their behavior or habit; and/or require due respect and/or insist on compliance with the provisions of these Regulations; and/or apply specific sanctions to the offender, such as a warning, suspension of the use of all or part of the facilities and/or services provided by the Accommodation, or exclusion from the hotel establishment; and/or communicate and notify the competent public authorities so that they may take the necessary action. The Accommodation Administration reserves the right to exercise its right of admission and stay and in exercising it may prohibit the entry of those who have previously violated these Rules and/or those who do not meet the requirements listed above. The rules contained herein shall in no way be construed against any type of ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion or race, but rather a suitable means of guaranteeing all its visitors and guests the excellence and quality of the Accommodation's services. In no case may it be interpreted as limiting or restricting the individual rights of those who voluntarily enter the establishment aware of its characteristics.
