The ground floor suite is accessible for disabled people however there is one wide 6 inch step between open plan kitchen and sitting room which leads to a double king bedroom and ensuite large walk in shower and loo / basin with plenty of space. Guest access The cottage is self contained and detached with ample parking and free use of the tennis court plus racquets & balls - this amenity may be shared with other guests The area is quiet and garden well tended & Tennis court is shared with other guests who may occasionally play There is a very convenient gastro pub 1.5 miles - 30 mins walk Food / drink and atmosphere excellent ( Churchill Arms currently closed due to a fire) In this cottage there is a manual of house instructions There’s easy access to beautiful walks in fields and woods next to the main house SELF-CHECKIN details available after booking plus comprehensive local info and directions available on Airbnb ‘Checkin instructions’ and ‘directions’ Other things to note Please note that cars are essential Shops are 1.5 and 3 miles away - we are vey much in the country here Taxis can be requested but this must be done well in advance Parking for 2 cars available outside the cottage parking for 2 (extra parking available) Please respect our privacy in the back garden at The Walnuts main house and property. You have separate access to the house and your own garden.
