Wonderful and quiet villetta, Lago Maggiore view, with private garden and free car parking in front the home. Ideal for spending relaxing time surrounded by the beautifulness of the nature. Available also in autumn and winter all spaces heated. This home is suitable for families and couples. Not for party. ATTENTION as we aim at 5 stars rate Before booking pls: -read carefoully the home rules that have to be respected. -read carefoully the home description in order not to have over expectations. The space The Home has a beautiful panoramic lake view, a private garden surrounded by a nature environment. Quiet and Relaxing place. The property has two bed rooms which are included pillows, sheets and blankets. A wide living room and the Kitchen with washing dishes machine in standard size, kettle, microwave, automatic espresso and cappuccino machine, a fridge and refrigerator in standard size, glasses , dishes, pans, spices and other kitchen stuff. Laundry room with washing machine in standard size and a iron with iron board. Outside there is a private garden lake view with terrace, amaca, outer solar shower. You can bring outside on the terrace the same bamboo table from the inside. Toilette with towels included, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo and weight checker. Back adjacent there is another villetta albeit keeping its own privacy. Free parking right in front the home for one car only. Free wifi available in home. Pls. note that on summer time there might be mosquitoes especially in the evening (we suggest to bring with you your own insect repellent for the skin or similar). There are some spray insects repellents available at the home (not for skin). There is no Air Conditioning. THEREFORE WE ASK GUESTS WHO WOULD LIKE LOW PRICES TO CONSIDER THIS ASPECT, THAT IS: THE HOUSE WORKS FOR A FEW MONTHS A YEAR AND THE HOUSE REQUIRES SIGNIFICANT CONSTANT MAINTENANCE INTERVENTIONS AND PERIODIC RENEWAL WHICH INVOLVE A LOT OF WORK, SACRIFICE AND SIGNIFICANT COSTS TO BEAR INCLUDING TAXES. 3) THE HOUSE HAS A BEAUTIFUL PANORAMIC VIEW BUT THIS ADVANTAGE COMES WITH A SMALL PENALTY, THAT IS TO BE POSITIONED AT A HIGH ELEVATION ON A HILL. UNFORTUNATELY IN THE NATURE OF THE LAKE THE ROADS MUST ADAPT TO THE GEOGRAPHICAL MORPHOLOGY OF THE TERRITORY, WHICH RESULTS IN STEEP ROADS, WITH VARIOUS CURVES AND NOT COMFORTABLE. FOR THOSE WHO EXPECT TO HAVE VIEWS THINKING THAT THE ROAD IS COMFORTABLE, STRAIGHT AND FLAT WE ASK TO TAKE THIS ASPECT INTO ACCOUNT. 4) SEEN THE COMPLAINTS OF SOME GUESTS IN THE PAST WHO, DESPITE THE ACCURATE DESCRIPTION, EXPECTED AN OLYMPIC OR LUXURY POOL, IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS KIND OF DISAPPOINTMENT, WE DECIDED TO REMOVE THE EXISTING POOL. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH MOSQUITO NETS ON THE WINDOWS BUT WHEN GOING OUT YOU MAY ENCOUNTER THESE INSECTS AND SOME MAY ENTER THE HOUSE. IN THE HOUSE THERE ARE VARIOUS MOSQUITO REPELLENT SPRAYS, LIGHT TRAPS AND OTHER MOSQUITO REPELLENT SYSTEMS THAT CAN BE USED.
