Guest access 🔑 GUEST ACCESS, CHECK-IN AND PARKING ✓ Total Exclusivity: The house, pool, gardens and all amenities described are for the 100% private and exclusive use of your group. ✓ Check-in and Support: Check-in and check-out are done directly with our housekeeper, Fernando. He resides in the condominium and will be available 24 hours a day, including for emergency support and maintenance (such as daily pool cleaning), ensuring your peace of mind without invading your privacy. ✓ Parking: The property has 4 indoor parking spaces. Additional cars can park safely on the sidewalk in front of the house, inside the condominium. ✓ There is a free flexible check-in from 1:00 p.m., where we welcome guests, provide the beach kit and make the refrigerators available for storing food and luggage, while the staff finishes tidying up the house (scheduled for 4:00 p.m.). ✓ There is a free flexible check-out until 11:30 a.m., provided that guests vacate the rooms and outdoor rooms at 10:00 a.m. (with the exception of the pool, which can continue to be used), for the staff to start cleaning. ✓ Additional flexibility needs to be requested in advance, just as check-in and check-out at different times can be negotiated under a percentage of the daily rate of up to 70%. Guests beyond this number (up to a maximum of 26) are charged separately. The extra amount ranges from R$60.00 to R$150.00 per night, per guest, depending on the season. The adjustment will be made via a special offer sent by the host, previously negotiated. ✓ Events Policy: Small events (with external guests who will not sleep in the house, buffet, music, etc.) are welcome, as long as communicated and negotiated in advance. There is a mandatory event fee (from R$1,800.00 per day) to cover additional wear and tear. Consult us before you book. ✓ Linen Included (For 16 guests): For your total convenience, the base rate ALREADY INCLUDES linen. The beds are delivered ready (5 double and 6 single sets) and we provide 16 bath towels and 8 face towels at no cost. ✓ Optional (Extra Linen): For additional guests (over 16) or if the group wants a change of bed linen/towels during the stay, we charge an additional fee for the kit. This service must be contracted in advance. ✓ Household Amenities and Items: We provide a welcome starter kit (toilet paper, hotel soap, shampoo/conditioner, loofah and detergent).
