River Cottage is located in a quiet village of Dwygyfylchi next to a river and on the doorstep the mountains. Perfect for walkers or to just get away. Conveniently located just off the A55 with direct links to Anglesey, Snowdonia and the North Wales Coast. Just 5 minutes from the historic town of Conwy and 25 minutes from Betws Y Coed, it is also 5 mins from the North Wales Cycle Path. Within walking distance is the beach, shops, pubs/restaurants and cafes. The space The cottage comprises of lounge with cosy log burner, Smart Tv with Netflix and Freeview, Fast Fibre Wifi. The Dining room has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a high chair and travel cot under the stairs if needed. The Kitchen has a cooker/oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle and all glassware and utensils that you might need. Master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and bed side cabinets. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. Lovey south facing garden to the front and views of the mountains. Parking for 1 car outside with plenty of road side parking. Guest access To access the cottage there is a small bridge most cars can cross fine but it is a little tight, there is plenty of on street parking. There is a pub The Fairy Glen within walking distance that is dog friendly and serves great food also a selection of village shops that have everything you might need. Other things to note My property is a 2 bedroom old quarry cottage, it may be creaky but its 100 years old. The river running by outside does run high and fast when there has been a lot of rainfall the river comes down off the mountains ( River Gyrach ) the river has never burst its banks in the 30 years I have lived in the area. To access the cottage you will drive over a small bridge (see pictures) most cars can do this with ease but larger vehicles may struggle but there is plenty of parking on the road. The parking is right outside the cottage and is probably best to reverse back down the road to exit the bridge.
