Nice neighborhood five min from I-40 and route 66 very easy to find . 7 min from KRMC and located just one block from KRMC Haulapi Mountain campus. Walking and bike paths are one block away. 6 min to Stocktonhill and restaurants. Walking distance to Bashas grocery ,Maverik gas station,Taco Bell and the Human Bean coffee shop just on the other side of Taco Bell. 1 hour from Grand Canyon west Rim, 2.5 to the south rim. 1 hour from Vegas, Laughlin Nevada and Lake Havasu. Two top restaurants are Bangkok Tai downtown Sakura sushi on Stocktonhill Garlic Clove Italian also downtown Just my personal favorites bus, uber, taxi Check in any time from 5pm to midnight , late arrivals are not a problem. Check in instructions are provided when booking. leave house key in the room when Checking out. lock up when in for the night. . Parking in driveway if there is an open space, or in front of the house.
