Description

- Spacious Bedroom (on first floor) - Full bath (on second floor) - Loft (additional sleep accommodations: Queen bed) - Pack n' Play (upon request) - NO FORMAL KITCHEN- Microwave, Mini Fridge, electric cooktop, Cooking Basics - Hot/Cold Water Dispenser - Keurig - Iron/Mini Ironing Board - Hairdryer - AC unit (on second floor) - Wifi - 2 Smart TV’s/Cable Antenna - Mac Desktop - Off Street Parking The space Upon arrival, guests pull right up to custom made doors. Through those doors lies a charming brick terrace. Even outside comfort is key. Oversized handmade chairs, an expansive umbrella and gas fire pit make for a tranquil and relaxing outdoor experience. The terrace transitions from day to night with beautifully lit gardens, and pergola. This listing offers a little taste of nature in an urban location. Guests will see how unique this listing is as soon as they enter the door. Reclaimed window panes line the ceiling of the entryway leading to a first floor bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size pillow top bed, with only the softest of sheets and blankets. While one wall of the bedroom is lined with more clothing and miscellaneous storage than any guest could possibly utilize, the other holds a wall to wall window that provides all the beautiful morning light that the terrace has to offer (and vertical blinds for those that like to sleep in). For those who like to watch a little tv before bed, there’s a wall mounted flat screen tv. The second floor fashions a mini kitchen/small dining area, comfy living area, work station, and a full bath. The spiral staircase leads to a cozy skylit loft. In the loft you'll find a comfortable queen sized bed for additional sleeping accommodations. *NOTE: The A-frame loft design is small. The peak of the ceiling is no more than 5’9” tall, making the center point the only standing space for tall individuals.* The features listed above are a few of many details that make this listing a unique, and most importantly, a comfortable listing. Guest access - Access to entire house - Terrace (sitting area, and firepit) - Driveway - Unless informed otherwise, guests have full access to the driveway making on street parking unnecessary. (N/A for extended stay guests) - Charcoal Grill- Guests are allowed use of grill in terrace upon request. If use is intended, grill will be cleaned and ready for use. Grill manual/directions will be left out and must be strictly followed. - Gas Fire Pit- Guest are allowed to use the fire pit, but must do so with extreme care. Wooden table top lid must be removed and placed in the designated storage hooks when not in use. Guest must allow the rocks to cool before replacing the wooden table top lid. Fire pit must then be covered with the canvas cover when not in use. Propane tank must be shut off after use. Failure to do so is extremely dangerous and could lead to an additional charge for tank refilling. Other things to note -The guest house is built on a concrete slab (with no basement) so the first floor bedroom stays cool, and the floors are cold in the winter months. Bringing a pair of slippers if you’ll be visiting during the colder seasons is a good idea.
