Alba Apartments - Marina's sunny balcony

Our apartments are situated in a quiet street, with little traffic and available free parking. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the city center as well as the fabulous beach, while all major hotels, convention centers and sports facilities are just 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants and a bakery can be found nearby for your convenience. This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and is well equipped with all you might need. For all the rest - we are here to help! The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a apartment house consistent of a total of 3 apartments. It has 3 separate rooms, dining room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, oven, coffee maker and kettle, it will provide all you need to prepare your favorite meals. You can enjoy them on the big covered private terrace, overlooking the courtyard and several mandarin trees, which is especially fragrant while blooming and fruiting. Find in here two big comfortable double beds for your beauty sleep, as well as a two single beds in a separate room. If your little one is with you we can also provide you with a cot/cradle upon request, as well as with a feeding chair (extra charge applicable). A TV+Sat will keep you company during rainy days, and an Air Conditioning will keep you cool in hot summer days, provided that you will not spend them all on one of our great beaches enjoying the sun and sea. :) One room with bathroom, can be completely divided from this apartment. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine ensuite, however, there is one in a separate garage, which we let our guests share during their stay. You should have no problem to find it available for your use. Otherwise, we offer laundry service per agreement and for a fee. Guest access The whole apartment is available for your privacy.
