Entire House in the Historic Center of OP (1 to 15 people)

Charming old house, renovated, located in the historic center of Ouro Preto, close to the main tourist attractions, churches, museums, banks, bakeries and shops. It does NOT have a garage. The space The house (2 floors) has a large living room, dining room, kitchen area combined with a small living room, equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, 2 bathrooms with electric shower, 4 bedrooms (accommodating up to 15 people), small balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Room composition: - Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed (2 guests) - Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed (2 guests) - Bedroom 3 has 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6) - Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed (sleeps 5) The rented space refers to 2 entire floors of the house, for exclusive use for lodging and with an independent entrance. On the first floor are located rooms, a toilet, kitchen and balcony. On the second floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. In the basement of the house, the Sabor da Escadinha store operates (during business hours), with independent access to the accommodation site. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: *Privacy: This listing refers to the exclusive rental of the house and can be booked by solo travelers, couples, small or large groups (the reservation is available for selection of the number of guests from 1 to 15 people). Use/access to the house is restricted to you and your group, it is NOT shared with other guests, even if your group is less than 15 guests. - We do not rent to groups over 15 people. *Parking: Because it is in the historic center of Ouro Preto, the house does NOT have a garage, but there are parking spots on the street very close to the house. The location is safe and busy. Street parking spaces are public and free (they are not reserved for guests, they are for city use). - There is a gas station (Posto Ferrari) near the house, which charges for overnight parking if you do not want to leave your car on the street at night. If interested, the guest must negotiate amounts and payment directly with the gas station. - Parking is prohibited on the street of the house and it is currently closed to car traffic, as it is very slippery. The closest place to disembark and unload is at the top of the hill (Praça Silviano Brandão). *Payments/Changes/Cancellations: All financial management of the reservation is the responsibility of the Airbnb website. We do not rent "outside" the app (neither totally nor partially). Pay attention to the deadlines for cancellations, refunds, fines. Read the "fine print" and conditions of the site before booking. The guest pays the site, the site passes on the amounts to us after hosting and deducts the administrative fees that are for the site. *Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the house. The only internet available for our street is radio internet, 5mega. It works for the basics of apps, social media, emails, banks, etc. If you need to transfer a large volume of data or need a home office, pay attention to this issue. *We do not allow parties, events and excess noise/loud music at night in the house, due to the proximity of our house to neighboring the neighboring houses, which include many elderly residents in the region. We value good relations with our neighborhood. *The kitchen has the basics for preparing quick meals: 5-burner stove, gas oven (gas included), refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, pots, containers, dishes, glasses, cutlery. - The kitchen faucet has a water filter attached. For guests who want to bring or order bottled water in a gallon, a 20-liter container and stand are available. - We do not provide food, spices, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, disposable filters, etc., for the kitchen. *We provide detergent, multipurpose, dish sponge, match, trash bag, toilet paper, hand soap in sufficient quantity to start the stay in comfort. If it runs out during the stay, it is up to the guest to purchase more. It is not necessary to replace what has been spent. *Accessibility: All bedrooms and bathrooms with showers are located on the second floor of the house, accessed by stairs. The other spaces are located on the first floor, which also has steps for access. The house is located on a steep, cobblestone hillside. People with mobility issues should pay attention to this aspect. Check the listing photos. *We provide bed, table and bath linens (pillow, bed linen, blanket, bath towel, face towel, bathroom floor towel, table towel and dish towel - 1 set per guest per stay) *The house is delivered clean. No cleaning, tidying up or changing of bed/table or bath linen is performed during the stay. The cleaning fee, charged separately on the site, refers to the costs of cleaning and laundry after check-out. *We do not provide breakfast or meals. The region has a bakery, market, snack bar and restaurant near the house. Ifood works in the city. *Babies/small children: To parents or guardians, be aware that the house does not have the necessary safety requirements for small children (protectors, protective screens, stair gates, etc.) or utilities (crib, bathtub, etc.). *Pets: To the guardians, be aware that the house does not have a yard, only a small uncovered balcony. It also has no protective screens that can prevent escape. By definition of the site, we indicate that the house does not allow pets. If you believe that the characteristics of the house do not negatively impact your pet's routine we authorize small dogs after a conversation via consultation. *The rooms do not have a ceiling fan or air-conditioning. The city's climate is usually mild and the house is well ventilated. There is 1 table fan available in the house. *There is a TV in the house, in the main living room. It only gets open channels. The TV is not smart. It has an HDMI input. *The entire house network is 110V. Outlets in the new Brazilian standard, 3 pins, all 10A. - There is no adapter for different models of national or foreign outlets. - There is no 220V to 110V transformer. *Iron and ironing board. *Uber or 99 do not work in the city. We use local apps for the same purpose: 2V or OP Expert. *If you want to bring an item that the house does not have or you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring it (e.g. bed/bath linen, additional fans, electronics, video games, etc.). Guest access Living room, dining room, pantry, kitchen, bathrooms, toilet, bedrooms and balcony are available for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note We have a store of homemade and handmade food products on the lower floor of the house (Loja Sabor da Escadinha).
