Sunset - with conservatory

The conservatory, living room, bedroom and bathroom offer a bright, quiet retreat overlooking the garden and facing west. The apartment is ideal for two people, occupancy with up to four people is possible and is particularly suitable for families with children. The rural surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours; we will gladly provide simple rental bicycles on request. The space The apartment "Abendrot" is located in the main house and has a conservatory, living room, bedroom and a modern shower room with floor-level shower and underfloor heating. Due to the western orientation, you will often experience special evening moods with warm light from the conservatory as well as from the living room and bedroom. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to four people. It is ideal for two people; when occupied by four guests, it is particularly suitable for families with children, as the bedroom serves as a passage room to the bathroom. The apartment has its own terrace with garden view, seating furniture and beach chair Guest access Our garden can be used by all guests. Thanks to vegetation, trees and hedges, many quiet seating areas are created with enough distance so that everyone can be alone. The seating area of apartment 2 is private and please do not use it. The opposite side of the garden belongs to our private courtyard area; it is usually only used to dispose of garbage. Other things to note ✅ House Rules & Notes Our vacation home is located in the village republic of Rüterberg on the Elbe. It's quiet and relaxed here. The place is therefore not suitable for parties or loud events. A shared evening under the awning or a quiet sitting together in the garden are of course welcome. The apartments are non-smoking accommodations. Smoking is possible outside the property; there are enough places available without disturbing other guests. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along. Our apartments are also regularly used by allergy sufferers, to whom we would like to provide the most symptom-free stay possible. The accommodation is quiet and rural in the countryside. The garden with pond is designed close to nature and not secured.
