The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! No keys and you get to pick your desired passcode! The home has 2 bedrooms (queen sized bed in each) 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living area - The entire home is yours! The "Peck's Grove South" duplex home is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The kitchen has a microwave, full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. as well as a laundry closet with nice front-loading washer/dryer. We also provide a booklet with information about your stay as well as our favorite places to eat or visit during your stay in Lincoln. If you want other suggestions on where to eat and visit while you are here in Nebraska, feel free to ask!! We live only 8 minutes away so if you need anything at all, we can be there in no time at all! We are only 5-10 minutes from downtown Haymarket, Gateway Mall, many various restaurants, etc. Basically you can get nearly anywhere in Lincoln in 15 minutes or less! SO nice!! This home is especially enjoyed by medical professionals due to being centrally located in Lincoln with easy access to all three major hospitals. Most people drive in Lincoln, but if you are here without a car, both Uber and Lyft are great options. Also, the apartment is only 0.5 miles away from one of the main bike baths in Lincoln and there are several bus stops within walking distance of the apartment. For parking at the duplex, there is off-street parking for 3 spaces. Super convenient! Like you, we treat our dogs like family. We want to make it as easy as possible to travel with your four-legged friends! We do allow approved pets for an additional $10 per pet per night with a $50 cap on each month. Also, in order to keep this service going, we’d be so thankful for some help from you. We just ask that they stay off the furniture during your stay and that you pick up any waste in the yard left by your pet.
