In the house you will live in a cozy non-smoking guest apartment on the ground floor. One pet per apartment, on request, if approved, a final cleaning fee of 25 euros would be charged. Wi-Fi is available, but the host is not responsible for outages or speed fluctuations. The space Attention! The apartment is located in the Erzgebirge not in Vogtland !!! The property is in absolute peace, there is no busy road nearby. Wi-Fi is available. There is one parking space per apartment. Other things to note House rules Payment: Payment of the amount is made by credit card in advance. For short-term inquiries, of course, you can also pay in cash on the day of arrival after the apartment and key handover. Arrival and departure: In order to prepare the apartment for the next guests, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am. Check-in is possible from 4 pm. On days when we do not have a change of guests, the arrival or departure can also be arranged individually. Please call us a few days before your arrival to arrange the key handover. Smoking: No smoking in the apartment. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. This includes rinsing the dishes and disposing of your waste in the containers provided. Liability: The renter and his companions are fully liable for the damage caused to the inventory of the apartment or for the loss of the front door key. Any damage must be reported immediately to the landlord and can usually be regulated via private liability insurance. On the day of arrival or in the event of no-show, 100% of the rental price is due. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Early departure: In case of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. House rules: Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge (accidents). Termination: In the event of multiple violations of these rental conditions, the landlord may unilaterally terminate the rental agreement and the guest must leave the apartment immediately. There is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. The apartment is on the ground floor. The key hangs in a key safe, which is located to the right of the front door. You can ask me for the code shortly before arrival. Important note!!! The rental property is only to be occupied by the persons specified in the booking. The number of people specified in the booking is the maximum number of people including toddlers and babies. Subletting is not allowed.
