Comfortable and practical house 60 m from Barê beach! It's our residence! We have 4 cats, which are cared for by the person responsible for cleaning! We do not accept other animals! Smoking is not permitted inside the property! Fixed price up to 9 pax - extra fee from 10 to 15 people! Social area upstairs! Accommodation suitable for home office, with great Wi-Fi throughout the house! No parties/events! we do not provide sheets, towels and cleaning products! Read the house rules! The space There are 4 bedrooms, 3 suites with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, with air conditioning, smart TV and minibar in all suites! 01 single suite with 2 bunk beds, air conditioning, smart TV and minibar! We have fans in every room! rooms with 04 integrated environments! Full kitchen with stove/grill/pantry and indoor gourmet area with barbecue! Large and cozy balcony from where you can observe the green of the mountains while listening to the sound of the waves! Unmissable sunrise and sunset views! As the sun sets on the sea, the moon prepares with all its splendor behind the mountains! Garage for 5 covered cars! Garden carefully tended to - by myself! I love the flowers, mini roses, bromeliads... orchids, ferns... Guest access The social area promotes integration among guests! Game rooms and dining room next to the kitchen and balcony - which in turn also integrates with the barbecue area that is internal - attached to the kitchen... Just seeing and feeling the atmosphere... We have the beach entrance - after swimming in the sea - you can wash off the salt and sand in the showers - and then - you can come in and shower in the 2 available bathrooms, or of course, in the shower of your suite! We have beach chairs - umbrellas - cooler - all available to guests! Other things to note Photograph the most beautiful sunsets, even indoors!
