Our house has 3 water tanks: two of 3,000 liters on the upper floor and one of 5,000 liters on the underground level, strategically positioned to guarantee the supply, even when there is low pressure or interruption in the region's water supply. Altogether, there are 11,000 liters at your disposal, making our house one of the few in the region where water is never lacking, not even in high season. What's included: the rental fee already includes water consumption, electricity (within the daily limit), gas, pool service and cleaning for delivery of the property. That is, you don't have to worry about any additional costs at the end of the stay. Important: Due to recurrent cases of waste, it was necessary to adopt a daily limit of 40 kWh of energy and 1.5 m³ of water.
