Cabo Manor Main level - This ground level entrance offers an open kitchen, large living area, half bath and courtyard. The generous master bedroom is on this main level and boasts king size bed, jacuzzi tub and double vanity sinks. A wraparound palapa terrace provides views of the ocean and arroyo from 2 sides. Cabo Manor Lower level - Entrances are accessed from a gated entry and down steps along the pathway to the covered terrace where you will find the private entrances to the Casitas. Casita Verde - 1 queen size bedroom, living room, bathroom and full kitchen Casita Azul - studio efficiency suite with 2 separate sleeping areas (1 queen/1 Full beds) bathroom and kitchenette. Cabo Manor Upper Level - Accessed from a set of spiral stairs off the main living area. The Rooftop patio offers amazing views in every direction and the best place to catch a glimpse of the arch or fireworks. Enjoy whale watching and spectacular sunsets from any of the 5 outdoor terraces or take a walk amid the large fully secure landscaped back yard with its many native plants and fruit trees. Even though you will be close to the city center the property backs up to an arroyo filled with tropical foliage that supports over 150 varieties of birds and other wildlife which gives you the feeling of being remote and secluded. The best suggestion for transportation is a rental car although taxis, UBER and public buses are easy to acquire. Please ensure children are attended at all times in the pool area. No Events/parties.
