Located in Creuse on the edge of Puy de Dôme, come and discover the small hamlet of Villemaloux, a quiet place in the heart of our farm. Free access to our private pond where you can fish with peace of mind. The space 90 m2 cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people. Linens and towels are provided. On the ground floor: - a living room with sofa and dining table and flat-screen TV and wood stove - an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge) with access to private terrace - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - a separate toilet Upstairs: - a 16 m2 bedroom with a 180*200 articulated king size bed - a second 20 m2 bedroom with a 160*200 double bed and a single bed Outside: Private and independent wooded land of 4000 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue, shelter for bikes/motorcycles, hen house, bicycles 🆕 Jacuzzi (extra charge) €120 💦
