This immaculate two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is only a short stroll to CBD shops, hospitals, theatres, Salamanca Market, waterfront ferries and eateries. The space is perfect for couples, families or a group of up to five friends wishing to explore Hobart and surrounds, with the added convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and off-street car parking. We have strict cleaning regimes that follow recommended hygienic cleaning practices and utilise recommended products. The space Bedroom 1: 1 x king bed OR 2 x singles beds (+ comfortable single rollaway OR port-a-cot if required) Bedroom 2: 1 x king bed OR 2 x single beds Guest access The apartment features: - Free wireless internet access. - Free off-street parking for one car. - Fresh, hotel quality bed linen and towels. - Electric blankets and additional wool blankets. - Blinds to all windows, plus block out blinds in bedrooms. - Bathroom toiletries. - Port-a-cot, high chair, baby bath for hire. - Books, magazines, games, toys. - Heat pump/air-conditioning and electric heaters. - Ceiling fans in bedrooms. - Double glazing and compliant ducted fresh air ventilation. - Smart TV in the living area, smart TV in the main bedroom. - Underfloor heating in the bathrooms. - Exterior security surveillance of apartment entries and car parking areas. - This is not an accessible apartment. There are three steps onto verandah and one step at front door. Although totally level inside, the bathrooms are do not have accessible features. Other things to note Please advise the age of any children when making a booking request. Children under 2 years are free if not using an additional bed. There is a hire fee for use of a port-a-cot/high chair/baby bath during your stay. To reserve the use of any of these items, please advise when making a booking request in order to send a quote and make adjustment to the tariff. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: - high-touch surfaces are sanitised, down to the doorknob. - cleaning and disinfecting products approved by global health agencies are used, and staff wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. - each room is cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists. - extra cleaning supplies are provided so you can clean during your stay. - local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines are complied with. To protect the health and safety of your host, staff and other guests: - Only guests registered to occupy the apartment will be permitted to stay. You must provide the host with each guest's name and contact details. - Prior to entering the apartment, the health status of all guests must be advised to the host, ie, if any guest is unwell or has any cold or flu like symptoms.
