Twin guesthouses in the heart of the popular Perissa village just 10 meters from the famous black beach. This charming traditional complex is the perfect place for 2 families or a larger group of friends to enjoy the sun and sea in absolute tranquillity. The complex can accommodate comfortably a total of 8 persons. The space Twin guesthouses in Santorini located in the heart of Perissa village but in a very quiet area. This charming house has been designed and built according to the traditional architecture of Santorini. Another fabulous advantage is its location of 10 meters distance from the famous and popular black Perissa Beach. Therefore it is the perfect house to enjoy the sun and sea in absolute tranquility. Each house is 45sq.m. and has a separate bedroom with a traditionally built queen size bed and a big closet. It also has an open loft with 2 single beds overlooking the living room. Each house can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. There is one WC with a very spacious shower in each house and an outdoors shower to use after the beach. Each house has a small kitchenette where you will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal: a cooker, a fridge, and of course cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils and a coffee maker. Each house has a 30sq.m. private terrace on the ground floor and a secluded balcony on the upper floor are there for you to dine, relax and sunbathe under the greek summer sun. House cleaning (along with all fresh linen and towels) is provided once a week. Facilities such as an iron board with iron, hairdryer are also provided. The house has air-conditioning and free internet access. Other things to note Please note that the second bedroom in each house (with 2 twin beds) is an open loft accessed by a stair that may create difficulty to elderly persons or very young children and has no stair gate. Also we have to underline that the house can accomodate perfectly 2 up to 4 persons. We do not recommend the accommodation of more persons in one guesthouse unless it is a family of 5 with small children. Please do note that there is no direct sea view.
