Semi-troglodyte dwelling, perched on the heights of a small wine village, the house stays cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the fireplace and heating. You have all the essential comforts for a lovely stay. The village has several shops as well as a playground near the property. Its location is ideal for discovering the beauties of the Loire Valley (castles, vineyards and other sights). The space Our accommodation is perfect for couples, or families (with kids) with its bedroom with two single beds, its bedroom with a double bed and its master bedroom with queen size bed, you have two bathrooms and two separate toilets. It is possible to lend you a baby cot, protective barriers and high chair on request. The common living space is shared between the kitchen, living room, and dining room, articulated around an elegant spiral staircase. There is also a sofa bed in an alcove cut into the tuffeau. The kitchen consists of an induction cooktop, pyrolysis oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker (pods), regular coffee maker and kettle. Upstairs you have a large bathroom (bathtub and shower 120 x 80) and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, a shower room (90 x 90 shower) and separate toilet. The exterior offers a terrace with panoramic views, a barbecue and a relaxation area with deckchairs. You will have all the necessary comforts for a very nice stay. To get to the house, it is clearly preferable to pass in front of the Town Hall and take Rue Tue-La-Soif because access is easier. A garage is available to house your cars (being a cellar, a little bit elevated, access is difficult for cars with low bodies!). It is located at the bottom of the property, it can accommodate 2 cars; from the garage, there is a small hill to access the house as it is located at the top of the hill. During the summer, a shuttle connects the village to Amboise. Other things to note No smoking. Pets not allowed. Please note that late check-ins (after 8pm) will be charged €30.
