The Attic Studio

The Attic is perfect for a Zagreb Weekend Getaway and it consists of two units: Studio and Suite. A quiet neighborhood and only 12 minutes away from the Center and the Airport, gives you the advantage of having the perfect location. Private Parking spot (with an extra charge) and all necessary Amenities, will make your staying in Zagreb even better. It is ideal for couples and business travelers, but also your kids and are more than welcome to join you. The space The Attic Studio has been planned to offer everything that you desire during your staying at one place. This modernly designed 42 m2 studio is situated on a 2nd floor of the building, just next to the The Attic Suite and it offers the Private Parking spot (with extra charge). It has been equipped with a modern kitchen, that will please even the most passionate chefs. Small and charming dinning area will make you enjoy the food that you previously prepared. The bathroom can be used as your spa oasis and it is ideal for having a perfect end of the day in a hot tub with a bottle of a Croatian wine. Bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, and it has been divided into the three parts. First one is a Working Corner, where you can log in with your laptop and finish the presentations or answer all the emails, it is ideal for Business travellers. Second one is a Chill-out Area, where you can sit a bit, relax after city sightseeing, listen music, read a book, turn on your Smart QLED TV and watch some movie or a football match. Third part is a Sleeping Area with a spacious cloth rack equipped with hangers located next to the huge comfortable bed. In the case you will feel cold or too warm you have an Inverter Air conditioning to put your body back in the ideal temperature. Guest access Guests can use the whole The Attic Studio for themselves. Also, they have an access to the shared building staircase, hallway that is connected with Suite, and a frontyard with a small garden. Other things to note Small kids are more than welcome to be your company during the stay. The flat is located on the same floor as The Attic Suite, and has been equipped with carbon-monoxide and smoke detector for your safety. Smoking or Parties are not allowed in the whole unit, and violating these conditions could be sanctioned.
