Family-Friendly Monterey Aquarium incl free passes

Come stay at our newly fully renovated beach townhouse. Each stay includes 2 guest passes to Monterey Bay Aquarium worth $99 total. The space features comfortable bedrooms downstairs and beautiful open living space upstairs. Our big deck areas will sure be the perfect place for you to have a lively outdoor lunch or share a quiet dinner toast after a long day on the beach. Marina state beach is 5 mins, Downtown Monterey 15 mins and Pebble beach is about 25 mins drive. STR25-000044 The space We are following CDC and Airbnb recommendations in regards to cleaning, to the best of our abilities. Your health and well being is very important to us. We are blessed to have many open trails and nature walks around the area, some of them featuring ocean bluff with white sailboats. Ask me about recommendations on where to visit and how to get there. We will be happy to give you some ideas on where to hike but avoid seeing too many people on the trail. With only one adjoining neighbor, our house offers tons of privacy. We also have flexible check-in and check-out with SmartLock keypad. There are 3 OUTDOOR cameras for yours and my protection (two by the front door/ garage and one in the back patio to cover all entrances). Unfortunately we don’t have air conditioning in the condo; but we do have a big ceiling fan in the living room as well as a few portable fans inside the closet. The weather in Monterey is pretty cool all year around due to its proximity to the ocean. BEDROOMS bedrooms are both downstairs so no need to haul your heavy luggages up and down the stairs. One room with a queen bed has a french door leading to its own outdoor seating area where guests can relax. It should be noted there is no green grass areas hence not suitable for pets. The other bedroom has a queen bed, small TV with netflix, and drop-leaf work table. There are two bathrooms; full shower downstairs decorated in glitzy black and gold and a classy white half bath upstairs. KITCHEN/ LIVING ROOM/ DINING ROOM Our upstairs area consist of a spacious and newly renovated kitchen, living and dining room. In the living room there is a beautiful, but decorative only, gas fireplace as well as a big television with netflix selections. Our kitchen features functional full size refrigerator, oven range, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and keurig coffee machine. The open-concept design keeps in mind the need for family to connect during the holidays. We have plenty of children-friendly amenities for traveling families (pack-and-play, bath tubs, gate to block stairs, high chair, toys, books, stroller etc) so please inquire accordingly prior to arrival. The Monterey Bay aquarium is 15-20 minutes away and two guest passes can be used during the full day of stay at the condo- FREE OF CHARGE. Let us know if you need any tips and tricks for parking etc for the aquarium. We will keep our guests informed when the aquarium reopens. Guest access All areas of the condo is accessible to guests. Washer AND dryer is located in the garage. There is one small locked door under the stairs that is reserved for owner's use and supply storage. There are plenty of parking spots (located immediately right in front of the front door, inside the garage (if car is small enough to fit), right in front of the garage and right next to the dumpster) but the space overall is pretty tight so be ready to use those ninja parking skill to get in and out of the space. There are also plenty of street parking if desired.
