This is my old friend's city home and they live here when they are in town. Top floor with generous light, this apartment is at the heart of our lovely Helsinki. The kitchen and toilet were newly renovated, with all modern home appliances including a dish washer. Please be considerate of the other neighbors. No smoking. No party or events. If you plan to check in after 10:30 pm, please get in touch with us before confirming your reservation. The space The apartment has everything for a short or longer stay, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. It's calm and quiet, but right next to the street beat of Helsinki. The big apartment is flexible to your needs: - The bedroom has 2 comfortable double beds. - The spacious living room has a 1.6m width sofa bed and own dining table for working and family dinners. - The separated well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy. - We also have a baby crib for the young adventurer. Plenty of restaurants and bars are just downstairs and a market on the next corner. Whether you are looking for breakfast or a late night snack, just head out and you'll find it. Kamppi metro station and shopping center is only 5 mins away. You can find 24h parking for ~25€/24h from Autoparkki parking places that are within walking distance. More expensive street parking just outside. Pocket wifi? Of course! Coffee and tea? Complimentary. Spontaneous cooking? The kitchen is all yours. Plus: Our electricity is 100% from renewable sources. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The whole apartment is yours. However, the balcony is not in use currently. Other things to note Note: - Quiet hour 10 pm - 7am. - No smoking in the balcony (or apartment) - No parties or events. - Building Sauna not in use. - For late check-in after 10:30pm, please confirm with us beforehand.
