The space This house, La Quadra, is located within the 200 hectares of the Can Muní farm that alternates with the pine forests. For several generations the estate belongs to the Genover Muní family and has been not only their usual home, but also the expression of a lifestyle of love to the countryside and nature. The rural accommodations are all grouped in the Pins neighborhood of 9 houses and located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are dedicated to rural tourism accommodation and in one of the others we live, the Genover Muní family. In summer we ask at this house for weekly stays with check in on Saturday. Note: Complimentary oil, salt and pepper are available to guests in the house. Two bath towels are provided per person for exclusive use in the house not being suitable for the pool or beach. In case you need one for the pool please write us. Guest access The house has a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It is equipped with sheets, blankets, and two towels per person for use in the house, and they cannot be used outside or in the pool. It has its own private outdoor space with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. It shares the pool, parking, petanque and ping-pong with the other houses on the estate. Other things to note This house can accommodate up to 3 people if the latter is a child under 13 years old and if we are notified in advance. The single bed located in the common areas would be used or moved to the room for a cost of €10 per night to be paid as an extra through a payment request within the same platform at the time of check-in. Since the spring of 2020 we have high speed internet for fiber and wifi. Each house has its own network and we are so glad to say it works great. In summer we offer weekly stays with check-in on Saturday. 1€ per person per night will be charged for all over 16 years old as a tourist tax. This amount must be paid directly in Can Muní.
