In the heart of Tyrol, Kirchbichl is an ideal starting point for day excursions to Innsbruck, Kitzbühel and Ziller Valley. The house is located in the centre of Kirchbichl and is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, bicycle tours or simply relax in the magnificent nature of Tyrol as a townhouse. The crystal clear mountain lakes that have sometimes even drinking water quality are particularly beautiful. Who wants to stay in the vicinity, can use the moor beach bath, soccer field, playground, tennis and volleyball court in the village Kirchlichl. They are only 5 minutes on foot from the townhouse. In winter, all kinds of winter sports, in particular skiing is anywhere possible in the region of Ski World Wilder Kaiser. By car it is only a few minutes to the nearest ski lift. There is plenty of public parking space in front of the house, these are free of charge. Simply across the street is your modern and regional supermarket.
