Design villa in Sesimbra 35 min from Lisbon

Our villa located just outside the fishing village of Sesimbra, is ideal for 8 vacationers.  It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a salt water pool, a beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees, barbecue and private parking for up to 4 cars. It is 45 minutes from Lisbon airport and 5 minutes from Sesimbra and its beautiful beaches and 15 minutes from the famous beaches of Meco and Lagoa de Albufeira. Several supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, clinics, cafes etc. can be found nearby. The space The villa is located in a quiet and exclusive area of ​​villas without traffic in the Natural Park of Arrabida and offers a magnificent view of the mountain and the forest of cork oak and eucalyptus trees and a large field of grazing. Thanks to the large windows the house is always very bright inside even when it is cloudy. You can still reduce the sunlight by adjusting the electric blinds to your liking.  The house is equipped with ceiling fans. The salt water pool is heated by solar panels for about 9 months, filtered through electrolysis , cleaned and maintained once a week and the garden is maintained twice a month. The house is equipped with a radiant floor heating system heated in Winter months at wish and remotely controlled and there is also a fireplace using wood logs for a more romantic atmosphere. You will find in our garden many fruit trees including passion fruit, pomegranates, lemons, oranges, apples, pears etc.  You are cordially invited to try them during the fruit season !!!  PLEASE ALWAYS close the gate and exterior sliding doors each time you leave the house.
