The space The Space Villa Zoi is a beautifully restored two-story traditional Cretan house, originally built in 1830 and lovingly renovated by our family, preserving its authentic architectural elements while offering modern amenities. The villa has been passed down through generations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects true Cretan hospitality and history. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families and groups traveling together. Ground Floor On the ground floor is the stone arched living room area, featuring a flat screen TV set and a stone fireplace, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and electric cooker. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed, ceiling fan and another with two single beds, ceiling fan, shower and washing machine. This level offers direct access to the courtyard and outdoor areas, making it very convenient for families with children. First Floor (Independent Studio Area) The first floor is accessed via an external staircase and features: 2 studio-style bedrooms, each with two single beds 1 bathroom A small kitchenette This layout is ideal for two families traveling together, grandparents, or older children, offering both togetherness and privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring comfort throughout the summer. 🌿 Outdoor Areas Guests can enjoy: Private swimming pool is opon from June until October.
