It is amidst a green Mediterranean landscape full of aromatic bushes, laurels , olive trees and carob trees and very close to trails ideal for jogging, walking and strolling.A separate accommodation offers every amenity including a private pool and a central locationitse to exploring the gorgeous beaches of Western Crete. Excellent indoor infrastructure The Villa offers a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two studios, three bathrooms and can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 8 people. Villa Zoi is ideal for families and groups of friends. The large windows allow ample light to shower the Villa and all the earthly hues from outside harmoniously blend in with the warm colors and wooden furnishings of the interior. All the décor has been selected to reflect tradition combined with some touches of personal taste. The property, owing to its thick stone walls, functions as a natural air conditioner inside, maintaining a cool temperature regardless of the external temperature. On the ground floor is the stone arched living room area, featuring a flat screen TV set and a stone fireplace, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and electric cooker. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed, ceiling fan and another with two single beds, ceiling fan, shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms: one with two double beds or one double bed, air conditioning unit, wardrobe, bedside tables a small fridge and en suite bathroom and one more bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, air conditioning unit, wardrobe, bedside tables and en bathroom. Besides the spacious interior, the first floor opens out to a wonderful veranda with a panoramic view of the mountains and the delightful sunset and moonlight.
