The 140 sqm apartment for 4-6 people offers you three separate bedrooms with comfortable double box spring beds. The rooms face the valley side (quiet location) and each have two balconies to the east / south and west side, which reveal a wonderful view of the Kleinwalsertal mountains. A generously equipped kitchen with a large stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer drawers, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine leaves you wanting for nothing. The comfortable living and dining room with a tiled stove in the glazed dormer window invites you to relax and feel good. Furthermore, the apartment has 3 separate bathrooms, which means that nothing stands in the way of a quick departure to the slopes or the mountain. In the basement of the house there is a sauna with a small relaxation room and access to the terrace. For our house guests, the use of the sauna is free – opening hours according to the notice. Guest access Front door key = room, garbage room, ski and shoe room key - Your room key opens the front door, garbage room, ski and shoe room at the same time. Please always take your key with you, as we keep the front door closed for security reasons. Please keep the keys safe, as we will have to charge €20 for lost or defective keys. Other things to note The guest tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site: €3.50 per person per night (from December 2018 € 3.70). Children pay from the age of 14. With the guest card, you get numerous discounts and can use the bus lines throughout the Kleinwalsertal free of charge. In summer, the mountain railway ticket is included.
