The 140-sqm apartment for 4-6 people offers you three separate bedrooms with comfortable double box spring beds. The rooms are facing the valley side (quiet location) and each have two balconies to the east / south and west side, which give you a wonderful view of the Kleinwalsertal mountains. A generously equipped kitchen with large stove, oven, microwave, large room fridge, freezer drawers, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker is missing nothing. The comfortable living room and dining room with tiled stove in the glazed skylight invites you to relax and feel good. Furthermore, the apartment has 3 separate bathrooms, so nothing stands in the way of a quick departure to the slopes or the mountain. In the basement of the house there is a sauna with small relaxation room and access to the terrace. For our guests the use of the sauna is free of charge – opening hours according to notice. Guest access Front door key = room, garbage room, skiing and boot room key - Your room key opens the front door, garbage room, ski and boot room at the same time. Please always take your key with you, as we keep the front door closed for security reasons. Keep the keys carefully, as we have to settle lost or defective keys with €20 ,-. Other things to note The guest tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site: €3.50 per person and night (from 1 December 2018€ 3.70) . Children pay from 14 years. With the guest card you receive numerous discounts and can use the bus lines throughout Kleinwalsertal free of charge. In summer the mountain railway ticket is included.
