Top of the House!

We have just the one large en-suite room and it's on the top floor of a 4 storey house. YOU ARE THE ONLY GUESTS, so it's very quiet & it's spacious. It is situated in a quiet area. If you are working or need internet access, there is fast WIFI and a desk area. IMPORTANT! This is not an apartment. It's not a hotel with lifts & reception. There is no lounge and no kitchen and no access to either. It's ideal for families who go out during the day. There is a cafe nearby for breakfast. The space It's a large top floor room with two double beds and a huge bathroom with a large walk in shower. It's ideal for families. With 2 double beds (4' 6"), it's suitable for 4 normal size adults, or 2 adults & 3 small children. Not suitable for babies. For breakfast use cafes close by. (25 takeaways, cafes & restaurants, within walking distance.)The top floor is self-contained and is for singles, doubles or families. It has two double beds, fitted wardrobes, drawers, cupboards & a safe. Some of this storage space is available for guests. Spacious, en- suite bathroom with a large walk-in corner shower unit. There is a fridge/freezer and microwave. The bedroom and bathroom are the complete top floor of the house and we are in a very quiet area. Please note that the TV has Digital Terrestrial Freeview TV, AND it has an Amazon Fire Stick that provides Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Catch Up TV and much more. Some aspects may be unsuitable for some:- - Not suitable for lots of luggage or large heavy luggage. - Not suitable for infirm people or smokers. - Strictly no check-in after 10.00 pm - No animals - Not suitable to stay in all day - There is no kitchen for guests - There is no lounge for guests - No children under 2 years old Guest access The top floor family space is all yours! You can come in the main front door and up two flights of stairs and you are in your own world. They are steep stairs and the top flight of stairs is narrow, so not suitable for huge amounts of heavy luggage or infirm people. Smokers will find it difficult as it's no smoking and there is no place to smoke. There is no access to a kitchen and we do not encourage visitors for security reasons as it's our house. Other things to note Please note that the whole house is no smoking and and no vaping and there are smoke alarms all over. This accommodation is the whole top floor, so for smokers you may find it inconvenient. This is because the only place to smoke is in the front garden or street. Not the neighbour's walls. This means coming down and going back up two flights of stairs and unlocking and locking the door every time! Also, every time the front door opens there is a loud buzzer sounding. (Door alarm for advising us of entry/exit for security). Smokers must not smoke outside in their night clothes. If you need a kitchen and/or a lounge, then you need an apartment not a Guest House. We are a one large en-suite room in a private house.
