(15 min from the Bugey power station and CNPE) 5 min drive to all shops The space Welcome to our house by the Ain River, a quiet and relaxing place... with a direct view of the Ain River. This house is located within our garden, a totally independent house (68 m2 spread over 2 floors with a 45 m2 terrace) ideal for tourism, travel and business. Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and Tassimo, dishwasher, equipped with everything you need (utensils and basic necessities) to cook. - Living room with TV/Netflix - WiFi - sofa bed - Dining room for 6 people small desk at the entrance (we reiterate that the accommodation has a staircase (see photos), that we decline all responsibility in case of a child or adult falling, you are solely responsible and accept this by booking.) FLOOR: - Sheets, (bath towels are no longer provided following repeated disappearances) - New bedding -1 river view bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed -1 bedroom area with a 160 x 200 bed + a 90 x 200 bed - Folding crib available - Bathroom with large corner bathtub, sink, storage and hanging toilet - Laundry room with washing machine and storage - Outdoor corner, 45 m2 terrace with grass strip and trees, charcoal barbecue (the barbecue provided must be cleaned by you, we count on you to make it clean for the following guests, the charcoal is not provided by us), dining table for 6 people, parasol and deckchairs. - !!! the land with the games is not part of the rental - Parking spaces in front of the house - Private entrance - Access road adjoining the owner's accommodation - direct access to the river (depending on the season) IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING AND COMMON SENSE THAT THE HOUSE MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN AND TIDY (the low cleaning fee does not exclude this!) deductions of €80 otherwise from the security deposit geographical location: - about 15 min from the Bugey CNPE/EDF/UFPI nuclear power plant - 10 min from PIPA (Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Park) - 5 min from Meximieux / Pérouges train station to Ambérieu en Bugey in 10 min and 25 min to reach Lyon Part Dieu. - 5 min from shops and restaurants - 6 km from the medieval city of Pérouges - 28 min from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport - 25 min from the Dombes and the bird park - 30 min from Groupama Stadium - Vallée Bleue 20 min - Walibi park 1 hour - Touroparc 55 min Cerdon caves 40 min on the banks of the Ain river, access to 500 m uncrowded beach, swimming, walking, possibility of direct access via our garden at certain times (otherwise access at 500 m) quiet wooded corner small trail at the foot of the rental for jogging or walking ideal for fishermen, renowned area including "the plateau of swallows" descent of the Ain in canoe Guest access Independent house on our land Access by a path that leads to the rental, this path also serves the owners' house Other things to note -the check-in information will be sent the day before and or on the day of your arrival. - For all those who think they are coming to party, please move on, this is absolutely not the right place. For any loss of keys or non-return of keys, an amount of €275 will be charged for changing the lock. For any loss of or non-return of the gate remote control, a fee of €80 will be charged for repurchase and reprogramming.
